Free Shipping: Shipping costs are included in the prices of items.

Items ship out within 1-3 business days and sent via Fedex priority. Orders ship directly from us. Items valued at $200 and over are fully insured in transit.

10 day Return Policy

5-Day Approval Period: You have 5 days from delivery to decide if your piece is right
for you. If it doesn’t make you smile, you may return it for a full refund. Please email us your intention to return within the 5 day period using our convenient contact form or send us an email at louise@louiseelainejewelry.com

10 Day Return Conditions: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ship return item within 10 days of receipt. The sale will be considered final after this 10 day period. Please ensure the item is protected and packaged to prevent damage and theft. Consider shipping insurance for best protection. Items over $1,500 must be insured for full value during return shipping.

Refund Process: Piece must be returned in its original, undamaged condition with tag attached. Once we have received your returned item we will conduct a quality and damage inspection. Once the process has been completed and verified, we will issue a refund to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
